The RibFest Cookoff at the 3rd Annual “Rock, Ribs and Ridges” Festival will be one of the focal points of the festival weekend. We are lining up another stellar group of nationally known barbeque competition teams for this year.
The Ribbers will be competing for $6,000 in prize money!! They will be asked to put forth their signature recipes for the chance to win titles of BEST RIBS or BEST SAUCEOf course, all festival-goers will be able to purchase BBQ from these great Ribbers throughout the weekend.

Three Men and a Baby Back
Back to defend their “Best Ribs” title from the 2010 Rock, Ribs and Ridges event is 3 Men and A Baby Back. This year, they will tantalize festival-goers with a special recipe for their award-winning wings.Three Men and a Babyback started out with three barrels and a dream. Their custom built triple barrel smoker was built in a garage in Montvale NJ. It was baptized at Roc City Ribfest in Rochester, NY with a First Place trophy for ribs! Three Men followed that up with a 3rd place chicken trophy at the Hudson Valley Ribfest, a first place brisket trophy and a First Place People's choice award for clam chowder in Norwalk, CT (not bad for a bunch of Jersey boys). In 2010, they started the season in Little Rock, Arkansas at the USA BBQ championship and followed up with another first place brisket at the New York State Championship in Rochester, NY. The barbeque trio has brought their culinary trained brains and passion for good BBQ to create a winning combination and some stellar BBQ. Three men, three brothers, one goal.......to bring that sweet smoky goodness that everyone loves.
This year, 3 Men will feature chicken wings barbequed with their super secret formula sauces. And a portion of the proceeds from the sale of wings will go to benefit the Wounded Warriors Project, which provides support and financial aid to wounded members of our armed services.
